DATA QUALITY ASSESSMENT: The following are subjective comments regarding this data. The Centract layer, based on TIGER data, is complete with regard to features. Where TIGER is based on DLG, the accuracy is good; however, where it calls for GBF/DIME, the accuracy is poor. The layer is rich in attributes. In addition to census tract identification, there is 1990 PL94-171 data (all fields). The attribute accuracy is good overall.
