Fitness Plus News! Interested in improving your fitness, health and overall well-being? Fitness Plus, the fitness, health and wellness program for SFSU faculty, staff, and retirees, can help you achieve your fitness goals. We offer a variety of fitness and wellness activities including cardio-step, boot camp classes, swimming, pilates and yoga. Classes are offered throughout the day. Walk/Run Fitness Training with Body Sculpting: MW from 7 am to 8:45 am (walk/run from 7 am to 8 am (meet at the track)/body sculpting from 8 am to 8:45 (meet at the Strength and Conditioning Room - Gym 148)) Advanced Walk/Run MW from 5 pm to 6 pm (Meet at the Track) Cardio Dance: M from 12 noon to 1 pm in Gym 100C
Yoga: MTWRF from 12 noon to 1 pm in BH 6, MTWR from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm in Gym 149 Beginning Yoga: TR 8 pm to 9 pm
Total Body Training with Anne: Monday from 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm (meet at the track)
Conditioning Outdoors with Recreational Exercise (aka CORE) with Kara: Thursday from 12 noon to 1 pm (meet at the track)
Cardio Step: MTWR 12 noon to 1 pm, in Gym 100, Annex J; TR 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm, Gym 100J
Pilates with Marni: M (GYM 123), and W (GYM 100, Annex I) from 12 noon to 1 pm

Until further notice we will not be offering NIA and morning Strength and Conditioning Room hours. Coming soon: Morning Fitness, Power Walking, and Bay-to-Breakers Training
Administered by the Department of Kinesiology in the College of Health and Human Services, FitnessPlus also serves as a training program for SFSU students majoring in exercise science, health education, recreation, nursing, and holistic health.
