Must have resided in the Walnut Creek city limits or unincorporated area of Walnut Creek boundaries during highschool or graduated from San Ramon Valley Unified School District, or during high school resided in the district; Achievement; Scholarship; Financial need; Educational Goal; Campus/Community involvement; Must attend an accredited 4 year college or university; |
