Brief Description
 To invest in students who are exemplary role models in their communities and have the initiative to fulfill their educational goals.
Criteria
 Must be younger than 21 years old; Must be a legal U.S. resident; Must be eligible to attend a 2 or 4-year college or university; Must live in a participating local RMHC Chapter's geographic area; Must demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and community involvement;
