Applicants must have been diagnosed with a moderate to profound hearing loss prior to age 7; Use spoken communication as their primary mode of communication; Hearing lost must be bilateral and in the moderate to profound range; Must be enrolled in or have applied to a mainstream and accredited college/university; |
