To recognize and reward outstanding student achievement.
Criteria
Must be 1/4 or more degree American Indian and enrolled member of a US tribe; Attending or planning to attend an accredited US college or university; Have high GPA, Act and/or SAT score; Goals, life accomplishments, and interested in the betterment of the Indian community;
