Financial Aid Counselors are available on a drop-in basis or by appointment to work with individual applicants and parents. Counselors are also available to explain the financial aid process to school groups or community agencies.

Students can also check the Financial Status or talk to the counselors by using our Financial Aid Voice Response System (FAVORS). Which provides an automated telephone student service that can be accessed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day

TIPS FOR USING FAVORS:
- Press star key twice (**) - To repeat a message.
- To exit FAVoRS just hang-up.
- Callers without a touch tone phone can hold and they will automatically be transferred to a financial aid counselor during telephone counselor hours.
