Program Description

 

California Pre-Doctoral Program Scholars receive $3,000 in reimbursable funds which may be used to:

 

  • visit doctoral-granting institutions in the U.S.,
  • attend or present research at professional conferences,
  • pay for graduate school application fees, the GRE, or GRE preparation.

 

In addition, each Pre-Doctoral Scholar, is eligible to apply for:

 

  • a fully-funded summer research internship with a faculty member in his or her discipline at a Ph.D.-granting university in the U.S.
