Breakthrough Collaborative – Teacher Experience National Internship
Breakthrough Collaborative's summer program enables college students to obtain first-hand experience as teacher-interns preparing motivated, low-income middle school students for success in rigorous college preparatory programs.
Fulbright – U.S. Student Program
Each year more than 1,500 students receive a Fulbright U.S. Student Grant to live and study, or work as teaching assistants, in one of more than 140 countries worldwide. Fulbright awards are in nearly all fields and disciplines, including the sciences, professional fields, and the creative and performing arts.
Marshall Scholarship – National Institutes of Health – Marshall (NIH – MARSHALL)
Jointly funded by the Marshall Commission and the National Institutes of Health, NIH-Marshall Scholarships provide four years of funding for a doctoral degree in bioscience, medicine and related disciplines from any appropriate U.K. institution. The third and fourth years are spent in research at the NIH.
Merage Foundation for The American Dream – Fellowship Program
The Merage Fellowship provides $20,000 over two years to facilitate the "American Dreams" of graduating seniors who are "New Americans" with a strong desire and the ability to achieve leadership roles in science, education, public service, business, culture, and the arts.
Mississippi Teacher Corps (MTC)
Mississippi Teacher Corps, the most competitive teaching program in the country affords structured entry into the teaching profession for outstanding liberal arts graduates who have never before taught, and provides dedicated, talented teachers for critical-needs school districts in Mississippi.
National Institutes of Health (NIH) – Oxford – Cambridge Scholars Program
This program provides full funding for: a D.Phil or PhD in science from Oxford or Cambridge in which an accerlated program of research is conducted in the U.K. and at the NIH – and three different paths to a combined MD/PhD from the NIH and Oxford or Cambridge.
National Security Education Program (NSEP) – Boren – NSEP – Boren Fellowships
NSEP-Boren supplements each Fellow's graduate degree program by funding up to two semesters of language intensives in the U.S. and up to two semesters of language and area studies abroad. In this way, Fellows develop or increase competency in their chosen language, and gain experience and disciplinary knowledge in the foreign country where they study.

The NYC Teaching Fellows program recruits and prepares high-quality, dedicated, and diverse individuals to become teachers who raise student achievement in the New York City classrooms that need them most.
Phillips Academy Andover – Institute for Recruitment of Teachers (IRT): Intern Summer Workshop and Associate Program
The Institute for Recruitment of Teachers aims to "deepen the pool of talented minorities entering the teaching profession in our country." Through its Summer Workshop and Associate Program, IRT supports outstanding students during the graduate school application process who are committed to addressing the critical underrepresentation of minority groups on school and college faculties.
Point Foundation – Scholarship
The Point Scholarship Program provides tuition, living expenses, and mentoring to outstanding lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender undergraduate and graduate students in any discipline.
Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) – Fellowship and Junior Summer Institutes Program
The PPIA Junior Summer Institutes (JSI) is an intensive seven-week summer program that focuses on preparing students for admission into the top graduate programs in public and international affairs, and careers as policy professionals, public administrators and other leadership roles in public service.
Rhodes Scholarship – for Non U.S. Citizens
A Rhodes Scholarship makes possible two or three years of study at Oxford University in any field. A class of 83 Scholars is selected each year from Australia, Bermuda, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Jamaica and Commonwealth Caribbean, Kenya, New Zealand, Pakistan, Southern Africa (including South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, and Swaziland), United States, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Selection criteria for this highly prestigious program are proven intellectual and academic achievement, integrity of character, interest in and respect for others, the ability to lead, and the energy to use one's talents to the full.

Rotary International – Ambassadorial Scholarships
The Rotary Foundation's Ambassadorial Scholarships program, sponsors academic year scholarships abroad for undergraduate and graduate students. While abroad, scholars serve as goodwill ambassadors to the host country and give presentations about their homelands to Rotary clubs and other groups.
U.S. Department of State – Critical Language Scholarships (CLS) for Intensive Summer Institutes
Critical Language Scholarships provide intensive language instruction and cultural enrichment experiences abroad to undergraduate and graduate students of Arabic, Azerbaijani, Bangla/Bengali, Chinese, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Punjabi, Russian, Turkish, and Urdu.
U.S. Department of State and Howard University – Rangel International Affairs Program – Graduate Fellowship
Rangel Fellows receive funding for a two-year master's degree in international relations or a related field, an internship in congress and with an embassy abroad, professional development activities, and entry into the Foreign Service. The Program aims to increase the presence of persons from groups underrepresented in the Foreign Service.
Udall Foundation – Native American Congressional Internships
Ten week summer internship program in Washington, D.C., for Native American and Alaska Native students who wish to learn more about the federal government and issues affecting Indian Country.
University of California, Berkeley – Summer Research Opportunity (SROP)
Eight-week summer program provides research opportunities under the supervision of a faculty mentor in the arts, humanities, social sciences, physical sciences, and pre-law .
University of California, Davis – Pre-Law Boot Camp
During a series of full-day Saturday workshops at UC Davis in the Spring semester, high potential undergraduates are assisted in preparing for admission to law school.
University of California, Davis – School of Law – King Hall Outreach Program (KHOP)
This intensive law school preparation program requires participants to make a two-year commitment during their junior and senior years, and two consecutive summers.

American Bar Association (ABA) – Legal Opportunity Scholarship Fund
This ABA program provides minority students applying to law school with the opportunity to attend for three years by giving $5,000 annually to each scholarship recipient attending an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
American Indian Graduate Center (AIGC) – Graduate Creative and Performing Arts Fellowship
The American Indian Graduate Center is the only national non-profit organization dedicated to aiding Indian graduate students in all fields of study. AICG funds a graduate fellowship for Native American women studying the fine or performing arts, literature, creative writing or poetry.
Bar Association of San Francisco – Bay Area Minority Law Scholarship
The Bay Area Minority Law Student Scholarship provides financial assistance to qualified students from minority groups underrepresented in Bay Area law schools.
California Bar Foundation – Diversity Scholarship
The Diversity Scholarship seeks to support newly admitted law students from groups historically underrepresented in the legal profession who have committed to attending a California law school. Scholarship of up to $7,500 helps pay the costs of the first year of law school.
Chicana/Latina Foundation – Graduate Scholarships
The Chicana Latina Foundation awards merit-based scholarships to Latina graduate students, valued at $1,500 dollars each.
Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) – Scholarships for Graduate Students
Scholarships of $1,000 to $5,000 are available on a competitive basis to Hispanic graduate students in any discipline who are pursuing their first graduate degree.
International Rescue Committee (IRC) – Sarlo Academic Scholarship
Scholarships of $1,000 to $5,000 are awarded to meet the educational expenses of undergraduate and graduate students who are refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, or Iraqi and Afghan recipients of Special Immigrant Visas.
Nurses Educational Funds (NEF) – Graduate Nursing Student Scholarships
For baccalaureate-prepared registered nurses in need of scholarship assistance for graduate nursing education – master's and doctoral degrees.
