This database, maintained by the Institute for Broadening Participation, provides program links for summer research science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) programs across the country. Most opportunities are for undergraduates, but some programs support graduate students. If you are applying for a summer research opportunity in order to develop your credentials for entry into a PhD program, you may wish to contact S.F. State's Fellowship Advisor, Dr. Joy Viveros, fellows1@sfsu.edu, as it is likely that the Fellowships Office would provide feedback on your application materials.
