Featured Fellow: Genevieve Walden
National Science Foundation – Graduate Research Fellowship
Genevieve Walden, an S.F. State master’s student in biology, specializing in conservation genetics and environmental botany, was named a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow for her work on Phacelia, a group of plants native to North America.
Genevieve also received American Association for the Advancement of Science regional Award of Excellence in Ecology, Organismal Biology and Environmental Sciences.
