Footnotes:
Keyboard and mousing height. It is relatively easy to raise a keyboarding or mousing surface by placing books, etc., underneath.
Seat pan width. Some consideration should be given for very large users, such as providing one extra-large chair. Width-adjustable or removable armrests facilitate larger users.
