Employees with disabilities, e.g. mobility, hearing, visual, communication, psychological, systemic (HIV/AIDS, environmental illness, etc.), and learning disabilities, are encouraged to work at SFSU. The Disability Programs and Resource Center (DPRC) actively promotes and provides equal access in the workplace and University activities. Eligible employees are provided assistance in coordinating a full range of support services in order that they may define and achieve personal autonomy at SFSU. DPRC employee services include: disability verification, job analysis, worksite assessment, reasonable accommodations, assistive technology, training/technical assistance, and consultation.
