Website Accessibility

The tutorials provided in this section will introduce you to Web Accessibility and help you assess the accessibility of your current and new website designs. In addition, you will learn how people with disabilities access information on the web.

Document Accessibility

A variety of training tutorials are provided to address numerous learning needs. They include printable tutorials for a specific application, online Quick Guides developed at SF State, and external resources.

Multimedia Accessibility

These training modules offer information on how to caption video by using the services of an authorized vendor - Automatic Sync Technologies - to caption files and get transcripts. Other tutorials show how to caption using Flash and a list of tools that can be used in a variety of situations to meet captioning needs.

Procurement Accessibility

Online resources in this section will assist the campus community on purchasing the most Accessible Electronic and Information Technology (E&IT). This includes a resource that guides users through the process of providing vendors with instructions on how to complete the Voluntary Product Evaluation Template (VPAT) for the California State University.
