SFSU Student Organization Web / E-mail Account Application

SFSU recognized student organizations are eligible for Web / E-mail accounts on the campus internet server "userwww". To request an account, complete the following form then click "Submit". Your request will be completed in ten business days.

This form cannot be used to sign up for a personal student, staff or faculty Internet Account. Use this form to sign up for a personal SFSU Internet Account.

Account Name: All account names are 2 to 8 characters long (no hyphens or spaces), use lowercase letters; must be unique; You will be contacted if your requested account name is not available.

  • Minimum 8 characters, maximum 16 characters long
  • First 8 characters must contain a number
  • Must not contain hyphens or spaces
  • Can include upper/lower case letters and numbers
  • We recommend you use word(s) followed or separated by a number(s) (e.g., fame9876 or speak2me) as a password.
