 SCI/AU 693 and SCI/AU 793 Cooperative Education Program Courses

Courses are open to all majors and are the academic components of the Cooperative Education internship experience. They serve as a means for the Student, Faculty Member, Employer and Program Staff to analyze and evaluate the student's progress in meeting pre-established work/learning objectives. Course requirements are as follows:

1. Submit Learning Objectives Form by end of the second week of the semester. This form must be signed by the Student, Faculty Advisor, and Employer.
2. For a Letter Grade grading option, every week, write a 1-2 paragraph summary of your progress at work, via e-mail to your faculty advisor and cooped.
3. Turn in final report to faculty advisor by the last day of instruction (last day before finals week)
4. Turn in Student Internship Evaluation Form, make sure employer submits signed Employee Evaluation Form.
