Communication Studies Department Multiple Perspectives and Voices |
The Department takes a multifaceted approach to the study of communication. We offer a rich array of courses which address the full spectrum of human communication. The words depicted on the California Poppy above reflect some of the topics we cover in our courses. We have chosen to represent the topics in four languages to symbolize our respect for multiple languages, cultures, communication styles, and perspectives.Although all classes are taught in English, we chose these four language because each one of them is spoken by at least one faculty member in the department. We value multiple perspectives and diverse voices. We welcome your voice.
