Time and Labor Workshops
We are hosting workshops to train both Timekeepers and Time Approvers on using the Time and Labor system. In the workshops, Timekeepers and Approvers will have time to practice entering and approving time in a training database. Once they feel comfortable with the process, they will then enter and approve real time into the production database under close supervision.

Register for the classes using the forms below. If there are no training dates scheduled, select the 'Request Training' option and the trainer will contact you to schedule a date and time. If you have any questions, call 5-HELP (415-405-4357) or email fivehelp@sfsu.edu.
Timekeeper Training
Timekeeper workshops will be held in room 201 of the Administration building at the following dates and times.

Time Approver training will be held in room 201 of the Administration building. If there are no training dates scheduled, select the 'Request Training' option and the trainer will contact you to schedule a date and time.
