HRMS Unavailable during Upgrade: March 22, 5pm through March 27, 8am
The upgrade to the E-TRAC and HRMS systems to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (version 8.9) is complete. You may access the system beginning Tuesday, March 27, 2007, 8 a.m.
To gain access to the upgraded version, you MUST use the following URL: https://cmsweb.sfsu.edu/hsfprd/signon.html. Please copy and replace this link to any Favorites, bookmark or desk top link that you had used to access the HRMS/E-TRAC/PeopleSoft environment.
Use this link for documentation and getting started using the HCM 8.9. This link will provide information on the major navigation changes in HCM 8.9: http://www.sfsu.edu/~cms/hrModules.htm
At the top of the page, will appear: HRMS PeopleSoft 8.9: click here to access the HRMS 8.9 Navigation Document.

As a reminder,
· Clear cache. With the upgrade, HRMS users may need to clear the cache on the web browser when they first logging on to the upgraded HRMS system on Tuesday, 3/27. Instructions to clear cache can be found here: http://www.sfsu.edu/~cms/Clear_Cache.htm. You may also contact the I.T. support staff for your department or area.
· Private Queries. All private queries whose name begin with "SFO" were migrated to the upgraded 8.9 HRMS system. Some queries will not function because records may have changed.
· Open labs are scheduled for navigation and query issues: ADM 201, Tues 3/27 - 10-noon, 1-3pm; Wed 3/28 - 10-noon, 2-4pm; Thurs 3/29 10-noon, 2-4pm. To reserve a session, please call x5-4070.
5-HELP will notify users when additional documentation on the new features and navigation will be available on the website. Should users experience any issues with HCM contact 5-HELP (x54357) or fivehelp@sfsu.edu.
