Labor Cost Distribution
Labor Cost Distribution (LCD) is the process in which monthly paycheck data from the State Controller's Office (SCO) is loaded into HRMS, and distributed into the appropriate labor expense accounts. This distributed data is then exported into the Finance Management System (FMS).
