Objectives:
    To actively encourage Chinese Language Learning and interests towards Chinese Culture among Silicon Valley’s K-12 students
    To promote and stimulate Pathway Awards for students who are learning mandarin in Santa Clara County by recognizing their achievements
    To provide a platform for Chinese learners to show their multilingual talents and language proficiency in Chinese, and to enhance the Sino-Us friendship
