Announcement of classrooms and notice to contestants

To All Contestants,

Welcome to the 9th Chinese Language Bridge Cup Contest for K-12 Students!

Please check the information online (www.sfsu.edu/~ci) about your contest group and assigned classroom for the Contests and some important notices as follows:  

1.       All participants must check the contest group, time and assigned classroom for each contest on our website.

2.       All participants must check your registered email for the contests, we will send you the detailed information about your contest group, time and assigned classroom for each contest.

3.       All participants must arrive at your assigned classroom, pick up your name tag and confirm your attendance 30 minutes before each competition. Please feel free to ask the judges at your classroom if you have any questions.

4.       During the contests, all accompanying parents and teachers may wait for participants at the cafeteria at Marina Middle School.

5.       We will announce the winners of each contest at www.sfsu.edu/~ci and on local newspapers on March 15th. All winners will be invited to attend the award ceremony at Marina Middle School auditorium on March 2nd at 4:00 pm followed by an award reception hosted by Consul General Gao at the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco at 6:30 pm. 

6.       Please email us at ci@sfsu.edu or call us at 415-338-7631 if you have any questions before the contests. Please go to our general information desk (Room 109 at Marina Middle School) if you need any help during the contests.

感谢您积极报名参加第九届汉语桥杯比赛，请务必查看本网站公布的各赛项、组别教室信息及相关重要通知：

1．请仔细查看我们网站公布的教室分组信息和各场比赛时间。

2．请务必查看您报名的邮箱，我们会将参赛者的参赛时间和地点发至其中。

3．请各位参赛者于各场比赛开始前30分钟到达比赛教室，领取本场比赛参赛名牌并签到。

4．在参赛者参赛期间，请所有的家长、老师等陪同人员到学校餐厅等待。

5．比赛结束后，我们将在www.sfsu.edu/~ci 网站和报纸上公布各赛项、组别获奖者名单，请获奖者于3月22日下午4:00 到马连拿中学礼堂参加颁奖典礼，并于当晚6:30到中国驻旧金山总领馆参加高占生总领事举办的庆祝晚宴。
