Drop-in mindfulness group open to all students
- Have you developed an “unhealthy” habit that you’d like to cut back or give-up all together?
- Are alcohol, smoking and or drugs becoming a problem?
- Do you find yourself spending too much time on the internet, shopping, eating, etc?
In this group we’ll practice mindfulness techniques and provide group support for choosing healthy alternatives

This is our 11th Bi-Annual Panel of SF State students who will share their personal experiences of overcoming the impact that substance abuse has had on their lives. Resources will be shared and all students are invited to attend.

Join the CEASE Peers and Resident Assistants from University Housing as we play Family Feud. Student families from University Housing will compete to identify how the campus community answers questions related to alcohol and other drug issues: Survey Says???? Come find out with free food, music and prizes. All students welcome to attend.
