SERVICES
Registered
SFSU Students (part-time and
full-time) may use the basic Career Center Services,
see a counselor, and take assessments without charge.
(Excludes students particpating in the College of Extended
Learning and the American Language Institute.
Recent
SFSU Graduates/Alumni have 6 month grace period
following graduation and may use all the Career Center
service, see a counselor, and take assessments without
charge.
After the 6 month grace period the graduate must become
a member of the Career Center.
Members
of the SFSU Alumni Association automatically receive
a Career Center Membership. Career counseling sessions
may be purchased for $50 for up to three counseling
sessions.
Students
from other CSU's - If you are a currently enrolled
student of another California State University (CSU)
you may use SFSU's Career Center basic services provided
you present a valid student ID and a letter of reciprocity
from you campus' career center. Career Counseling sessions
may be purchased for $50.
Other
Students and Alumni - from SFSU College
of Extended Learning, American Language Institute, other
non-CSU's and all other Out-of-State Universities and
educational institutions, as well as members of the
community, may purchase the SFSU Career Center Membership
for $25 per year. Career Counseling sessions are an
additional $50 for three sessions.

SFSU Career Center Membership - $25.00
Annual Fee
Includes access to the SFSU Career Center computers,
job listing binders, monsterTRAK, Drop-In Counseling
services, workshops and career fairs.
Excludes the On-Campus Interviewing Program and counseling
appointments.
SFSU Career Counseling Package - $50 for 3 counseling
appointments
After purchasing a Career Center Membership you have
the option to purchase and schedule up to three counseling
appointments with a career counselor. Assessments and
Testing Instruments, given at the discretion of the
counselor, are included in the fee.
Additional Counseling Packages of three counseling appointments
may be purchased as desired for $50/package.
Alumni
can join the SFSU
Alumni Association.
Fees range from $25 a year for senior citizens to $450
for a lifetime membership. In addition to Career Center
services, there are many other benefits. Please contact
the SFSU Alumni Association for additional information.
