IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Windows Vista
Vista is now available for installation. Unlike all previous Windows OS, SFSU's licensing requires authentication over the internet via a server, rather than entering an installation code. Before installing, please read the authentication procedure. Also, we have only the upgrade version, which means you must have a previous OS installed first.
Using SAS with Windows Vista
SAS 9.1.3 SP4 for Windows Vista is now available at SFSU. This version supports the following Windows Vista 32-bit editions only:
Windows Vista Business
Windows Vista Enterprise - available only to Microsoft Enterprise Agreement customers
Windows Vista Ultimate
SAS 9.1.3 SP4 does NOT support Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Home Basic, & Windows Vista 64-bit editions at this time.

Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard)
Leopard is now available for installation.

Computing Support Request Forms
Technical Support - Report a problem with your SFSU-purchased desktop or notebook computer, and peripherals (monitor, printer, etc.)
Software - Request licensed software for your desktop or notebook computer. (NOTE: Some site-licensed software can only be installed on university-owned computers. See the list of SFSU site licenses for details.)
Printer Cartridge - Request a cartridge for your printer.
Equipment Checkout Form
Checkout a notebook PC or LCD projector for classroom or other business-related use. (for pickup only - no delivery)
Business Computing Lab Request Forms
Schedule class visits in the Business Computing Lab (Rooms A & C only)
Reserve BUS 214 or BUS 219 for classes.
Request that software be installed in the Business Computing Lab. (See a list of current software in lab.)
