Unit Load Change For International and Out-of-State Students: Nonresident Tuition Fee Refund
Eligibility: A nonresident tuition fee paying student who drops units on or before the published drop date shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund of applicable tuition less a non-refundable administrative fee of $20. The pro-rata refund is determined on the basis of the drop date that results in a lower non resident tuition fee charge and the length of the session is calculated from the first day of instruction through the final exams and excludes any breaks of five days or more.

Refund checks are processed and forwarded to the student's address within 2 - 3 weeks from published drop date. A refund request form is not required unless students want to expedite the refund process. Allow 2 - 3 weeks from the date the refund request form is received and stamped by the Bursar's Office for checks to be processed.
