Summer 2009
Withdrawal from the University- Full Refund of Registration Fees and Non-Resident Tuition
Eligibility: In order to receive a full refund of registration fees, including nonresident tuition, a student must drop all classes or cancel their registration prior to the first day of instruction of the earliest enrolled session/s. Continuing SF State registered and never enrolled students must withdraw from the University by submitting a completed withdrawal card as required by the Registrar's Office in the One Stop Student Services Center. The official withdrawal procedure facilitates the refund process. Otherwise, for unofficial withdrawals and/or cancellation of classes, refund calculation will begin July 27, 2009.
Important message ! Please read the following example carefully.
EXAMPLE

The student is considered an R1 combined. The student drops R1 class on June 11, drops R2 class on June 13, drops R3 class on June 6, and drops the other R3 class on July 20.
