Fee and Payment Information

 

The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum.  Tuition fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate.  Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial tuition fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed tuition fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun.  All CSU listed tuition fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees and/or the Campus.

 

Summer 2014

Financial Aid Recipient Fee Deadlines - Financial Aid Payment Deadlines

 

Note: No on-line registration is available for Summer 2014. Please contact your department about which courses you wish to add. They will forward your add requests to the Registrar's Office to enroll you in Summer 2014 classes. The Financial Aid Office will not authorize disbursement until you are officially enrolled in at least the minimum number of units required for the types and amounts of Financial Aid you have been awarded. There will be no exceptions to this requirement.

Continuing students

April 11, 2014

Financial Aid fee deferment must be issued and recorded on the student account by 4:30pm fee payment deadline.

April 14, 2014

$25 non-refundable late registration fee and the $20 non-refundable administrative fee added when submitting your financial aid fee deferment. Late/administrative fees cannot be paid by a financial aid disbursement.

Continuing students who wish to submit a financial aid fee deferment have one week from the first day of their earliest enrolled session to submit their financial aid fee deferment plus the $25 non-refundable late registration fee and $20 non-refundable administrative fee. After the one week, students must complete a Petition of Waiver of Financial Regulations Form. The Petition must be submitted to the Bursar's Office If approved, you must submit the financial aid fee deferment plus the $25 non-refundable late registration fee and $20 non-refundable administrative fee with certified funds.

From the first day of instruction June 9, 2014, only certified funds are accepted. Cash, Money Order, or Certified Checks are the only acceptable methods of payment for tuition and fees.

Late Admission: After the first day of instruction, you have 5 days from the date of admittance to have your financial aid fee deferment in place without incurring a $25 non-refundable late registration fee and $20 non-refundable administrative fee.

 

Please note:
If the student is not awarded enough financial aid to pay all of their tuition and fees, any balance above their financial aid award must be paid prior to the first day of instruction for the earliest enrolled session to avoid being accessed a non-refundable $20 administrative fee.

After the Census date, July 25, 2014, for the R3 session, students with a financial aid fee deferment that has not disbursed or have had their financial aid cancelled and have an outstanding tuition balance will be assessed a $20 non-refundable administrative fee.


The non-refundable $20 administrative fee is assessed only once per semester.
