Fee and Payment Information

 

The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum.  Tuition fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate.  Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial tuition fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed tuition fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun.  All CSU listed tuition fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees and/or the Campus.

Note: You will only be permitted to add classes up to the number of units for which you have paid.

 

Continuing Students

November 29, 2012

Tuition Fee Payment Deadline for continuing students.
5:00pm (In person and by Mail)
11:00pm (Online and Automated Phone)

Tuition fee payment must me made in order to register during Early Priority Registration and Final Priority Registration Periods.

November 30, 2012

$20 non-refundable administrative fee added to tuition fee payments.

January 19-February 22, 2013

$25 non-refundable late registration fee and the $20 non-refundable administrative fee added to tuition fee payments. From the first day of instruction, January 28, 2013, only certified funds (Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order) are accepted.

Late Admission

After the first day of instruction, you have two weeks from the date of admittance to pay your tuition and fees without incurring a $25 non-refundable late registration fee and $20 non-refundable administrative fee.

After February 22, 2013

Continuing students who wish to pay Tuition and Fees must complete a Petition of Waiver of Financial Regulations Form. The Petition must be submitted to the Bursar's Office accompanied with a copy of the College of Regulations Form with appropriate signatures. If approved, you must pay the tuition and fees plus the $25 non-refundable late registration fee and $20 non-refundable administrative fee with certified funds.

Please note: You cannot pay your tuition and fees on the same day you plan to register for classes. Please allow 1-2 business days for the system to update.

 

Incoming/First Time Students

On or before January 18, 2013

Students must pay tuition and fees prior to their orienation date in order to register on the day of orientation. If not attending orientation, tuition is due 1-2 business days before their priority registration period.

January 19, 2013

$25 non-refundable late registration fee added to tuition fee payments.

January 28-February 22, 2013

$20 non-refundable administrative fee will be accessed when turning in a financial aid fee deferment.

$25 non-refundable late registration fee and the $20 non-refundable administrative fee will be accessed when turning in a financial aid fee deferment. From the first day of instruction, January 28, 2013, only certified funds (Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order) are accepted.

January 25, 2013

If Financial Aid award is not enough to cover all tuition and fees, any tuition and fee uncovered balance is due prior to the first day of instruction to avoid being accessed a $20 non-refundable administrative fee.

Late Admission

After the first day of instruction, you have two weeks from the date of admittance to turn in your financial aid fee deferment without incurring a $25 non-refundable late registration fee and $20 non-refundable administrative fee.

Please note: After this date, your tuition and fees are no longer deferred. Any unpaid tuition fee balance that is greater than $10.00 will result in a financial hold being placed on the student's account.
