Fee and Payment Information


The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum.  Tuition fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate.  Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial tuition fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed tuition fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun.  All CSU listed tuition fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees and/or the Campus.


Spring 2013

Installment Plans- Resident Students

For resident students, the CA Resident Installment contract requires the first payment of:

  • all local fees
  • a non-refundable $33 administrative fee
  • one-third of the Tuition Fee
  • any late registration or administrative fees


The second and third installments shall each equal one-third of the total Tuition Fee.


Students can sign-up for the installment plan through the census date, February 22, 2013. After February 8, 2013, both the first and second payments are due.


Late Installments: For any late installment payments, an additional non-refundable $20 administrative fee will be assessed.


Payment Due Dates for Resident Students:

Spring 2010
    1st Payment By fee payment deadline, November 29, 2012, or no later than February 22, 2013
    2nd Payment    February 8, 2013
    3rd Payment    March 8, 2013

Note: If you have not paid your fees in full, you are not enrolled.


In the event of an increase in fees, students are fully responsible to pay the difference without submitting an updated installment agreement form.
