What is the convenience fee for using on-line payment processing?
The convenience fee charged by our current on-line payment provider is 2.5 percent. This is the lowest rate charged among the CSU campuses, where typically students pay 2.9 percent for the convenience of using a credit card for online payments. We know three (3) CSU campuses where the convenience fee is 3.15 percent.
