Fee and Payment Information
The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees and/or the Campus.
Important Information:
State University Fee: The CSU Board of Trustees at its June 18, 2010 meeting approved a 5% increase to the State University Fee for undergraduate, graduate, and credential students that is effective with the Fall 2010 semester.
MBA Professional Fee: The CSU Board of Trustees at its June 18, 2010 meeting approved a 5% increase to the graduate professional fee for state-supported Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) programs and similar business graduate degrees that is effective with the Fall 2010 semester.
Ed.D Doctoral Program: The CSU Board of Trustees at its June 18, 2010 meeting approved an increase in State University fees to $4,773 for graduate students enrolled in the Ed.D. doctoral program in Education Leadership in addition to local fees and nonresident tuition, if applicable.

Late Registration After Fee Payment Deadlines
July 8, 2010 - August 23, 2010
Registration fee payments made after the fee payment deadline, July 8, 2010 at 5:00pm will be subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $20.00. Out-of-state and international students will also be required to pay $372/unit. You may pay in person, online/automated phone system, or mail in payment (DO NOT MAIL CASH).
Late Registration During Open Registration Period
August 7, 2010 - August 23, 2010
Beginning August 7, you must pay a $25 late registration fee and a $20 non-refundable administrative fee in addition to your registration fees and appropriate tuition. Out-of-state and international students will also be required to pay $372/unit. You may pay in person, online/automated phone system, or mail in payment (DO NOT MAIL CASH).
Late Registration After Open Registration Period
August 24, 2010 - September 7, 2010
Continuing students who wish to pay fees after August 24, 2010 must pay the registration fee and appropriate tuition, $25 late registration fee, and $20 non-refundable administrative fees. Out-of-state and international students will also be required to pay $372/unit. From the first day of instruction of the semester, August 24, 2010 only cash, money order, or certified checks are the only acceptable methods of payment for tuition fees.
Late Registration After Drop Deadline
After September 7, 2010
Continuing students who wish to pay fees after September 7, 2010 must obtain and complete the Petition for Waiver of Financial Regulations Form. The petition must be submitted to the Bursar's Office and, if approved, you must pay the registration fee and appropriate tuition, $25 late registration fee, and $20 non-refundable administrative fees. Out-of-state and international students will also be required to pay $372/unit. From the first day of instruction of the semester, August 24, 2010 only cash, money order, or certified checks are the only acceptable methods of payment for tuition fees.
Note: The registration system will only permit you to add classes up to the number of units for which you have paid.
