P A 752 : Public Affairs and the Law

Prerequisites: Graduate status or consent of instructor.
Description: Analyzes legal framework on which public administration is based, including administrative and constitutional law that directs administrators' actions and operations of public and nonprofit agencies. Provides non-technical competence in the constitutional and legal principles to which courts hold public administrators accountable. (Plus-minus letter grade only.)
