PLSI 466 : Race and American Democracy

Prerequisites: ENG 214 or equivalent.
Description: Subordinate status of African/Americans and others in the U.S.; nexus between power, racism, and violence. Strategies for social change in terms of leadership, organization, and movements. This course is offered as PLSI 466 and ETHS 466. Students may not repeat the course under an alternate prefix. [GE]
