PHIL 700 : Philosophy and Prophecy

Prerequisites: Graduate standing or consent of instructor.
Description: Contemporary relevance of theories and prophecy in Jewish, Christian, and Islamic Philosophy. Interplay of epistemological, moral and metaphysical aspects, focusing especially on treatment of tensions between theory/practice, freedom/authority, reason/imagination, knowledge/intuition, and mind/world.
