I R 728 : International Political Economy

Prerequisites: Graduate status and I R 302, I R 720, or consent of instructor.
Description: International political economy: in-depth consideration of alternative theories--globalization vs. nation-states, World Trade Organization and regional trading blocs, transnationals, International Monetary Fund and global finance, investment and inequality, environment, trade and development, future scenarios. (Plus-minus letter grade only.)
