I R 321 : Development and Foreign Policy--Africa

Prerequisites: ENG 214 and upper division standing.
Description: A comparison of the foreign policies of various African nation-states; in particular, a consideration of those policies as expressions of national frameworks, ideological perspectives, etc. This course is offered as I R 321 and PLSI 321. Students may not repeat the course under an alternate prefix. [GE]
