GPS 375 : Peace Law and Human Rights in the U.S.

Prerequisites: One lower-division composition course and sophomore or higher standing, or consent of instructor.
Description: Law of peace from the local to the international level; international treaties, covenants, statutes of Congress, legislatures, and city councils, criminal indictments, court affidavits, judges opinions, jury instructions, and relevant articles. This course is offered as GPS 375 and PHIL 375. Students may not repeat the course under an alternate prefix. [GE]
