ENG 780 : Toni Morrison

Prerequisites: ENG 741 (may be taken concurrently) or consent of instructor.
Description: Novels and theoretical writings of Toni Morrison, the first African American woman to win the Nobel Prize for Literature. Morrison's work will be situated at the crossroads of Postmodernist Studies, Feminist Studies, and African American Studies.
