ENG 750 : Medieval Texts and their Readers: Textuality and Intertextuality

Prerequisites: Pre- or co-requisite: ENG 741 or consent of instructor
Description: Medieval and modern readers' concerns and questions about audience, textual ambiguity, and the reception of texts. The connections between Augustine's ideas about language, space, and temporality and those of his literary inheritors, both medieval and modern.
