ENG 630 : American Poetic Tradition: Whitman to Frost

Prerequisites: ENG 214 or equivalent or consent of instructor.
Description: Concentration on poetic aspects viewed as constituting the elements of an American poetic tradition. From Walt Whitman to Robert Frost this tradition is recognized as one of formal and thematic diversity within a recognizable framework of poetic devices.
