CFS 453 : Nutrition in the Life Cycle

Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in college-level course in nutrition; CFS/DFM 353. Priority given to Consumer and Family Studies and Dietetics and Food Management majors and graduating seniors.
Description: Modification of nutritional needs with changes in the life cycle. Significance of nutrition for growth and development from conception through adolescence. Influence of nutrition on the aging process.
