CFS 352 : Foods, Production, and Service

Prerequisites: ENG 214 or equivalent.
Description: Food preparation, standards, and techniques in food production and service. Factors affecting quality of foods. Practical experience in production and service in accordance with standards, sanitation and safety, and cost control. (Cross listed with DFM/HTM 352. May not be repeated under alternate prefix.)
