| Prerequisites: | PSY 200 or CJ 300 and upper division standing, or consent of instructor. Priority enrollment given to upper division psychology and criminal justice majors. |
| Description: | Topics include laws and the ethics of therapy, alternative dispute resolution, mental health aspects of criminology, police psychology, the insanity defense, treatment of prisoners, the psychological forces toward crime and delinquency, expert mental health testimony, eyewitness testimony, and jury behavior. |
