ECON 851 : Experimental Economics

Prerequisites: Graduate standing; ECON 701, ECON 725, ECON 730, or consent of instructor.
Description: Economics as experimental science; methods of testing economic theories through controlled experiments; study of behavioral regularities and deviations from classical economic predictions; game-theoretic modeling of economic interactions; testing and refinement of economic mechanisms and institution. Classwork, 2 units; lab, 1 unit. (Plus-minus letter grade only.)
