ECON 550 : Environmental Economics

Prerequisites: ECON 301 or consent of instructor.
Description: Economic causes and consequences of environmental problems; role of regulatory instruments in mitigating environmental problems; application of economic tools and non-market valuation techniques to analyze local and international environmental policies. Paired with ECON 850. Students who have completed ECON 850 may not take ECON 550 for credit.
