ECON 500 : Money and Banking

Prerequisites: ECON 302 or equivalent.
Description: The roles of the Federal Reserve System, private commercial banks, and the public in the determination of the money supply. Analysis of the level and structure of interest rates. Methods, objectives, and actual consequences of monetary policy; international monetary problems.
