AIS 330 : American Indian Law

Prerequisites: Upper division standing or consent of instructor.
Description: Introduction to Native epistemologies, worldviews, social structures and institutions relating to customary or "traditional" law, governance, justice, and ethics; overview of customary perspectives and practices; examination of contemporary revitalization efforts to restructure colonial paradigms of Native governance.
