CHEM 422 : Instrumental Analysis

Prerequisites: CHEM 321 and CHEM 322, or CHEM 320, each with grade of C or better.
Description: Instrumental methods for chemical and biochemical analysis including basic electronics, molecular and atomic spectroscopy, IR and Raman spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and chromatography. (Charges for missing or damaged laboratory locker items apply.) Classwork, 2 units; laboratory, 2 units. Extra fee required. (Plus-minus letter grade only.)
