| Description: | Research-based teaching practices for early literacy development. Systematic and explicit instruction in teaching a comprehensive literacy curriculum in grades K-3 that includes oral language development. Basic reading skills, strategic reading behavior, language arts skills, vocabulary and writing development. (Plus-minus letter grade only.) |
